2 c raw peanuts
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c white corn syrup
1/4 c water
Dash of salt
Sliver of paraffin

2 t baking soda

Directions:
Pam spray or grease with butter a large cookie sheet.

In a large heavy pot mix first six ingredients. Cook until mixture reaches hard crack on candy thermometer. Watch mixture, stirring occasionally, peanuts will begin to crack and mixture will turn brownish. Remove from heat and add baking soda, stirring constantly. Pour onto cookie sheet DO NOT SPREAD WITH SPOON - turn cookie sheet allowing mixture to spread. Cool and break into pieces.
