2 lbs. carrots
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced.

I slice the carrots 1/4 inch and boil. Be careful you don't want the carrots to get to soft. Just nicely done. Cool, Put carrots, onion and pepper in a shallow dish.

DRESSING:

1 (10 3/4 0z.) can tomato soup.
3/4 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard.
Combine soup with vinegar, sugar, oil and salt. Mix well. Heat until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Blend well. Pour over vegetables. Allow to marinate at least overnight.
