3 tbsp Light brown sugar, (firmly packed)
2 tbsp Dry Mustard
1 pkg (dry) Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
2 tbsp pressed garlic
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp minced orange or lemon peel (be sure there is no pith - the white stuff)
2 tsp Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, Italian seasoning, mustard, garlic, ginger, orange peel, salt, and cayenne in a bowl. Pulse in a mini chopper until finely ground.

If you wish you can store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for about a month.
