4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1-7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
3- 6 oz. pkgs choc. chips
Walnuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1) Butter a 9X13 inch baking pan.
2) Mix milk and sugar, salt and butter and heat over low heat.
3) After sugar dissolves, bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4) Remove from heat and add the marshmallow and choc. chips (and nuts, if desired), stirring till well mixed.
5) Spoon quickly into the buttered 9 X 13" pan before it sets up.

**Makes 5 pounds.
