1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
Ripe peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, and flour until crumbly; put half in pie crust. Peel and halve enough peaches to fill pan. Place peach halves in pan on top of filling (seed side up). Sprinkle the remaining half of filling over the top of the peaches.
Bake at 425º F oven for 10 minutes; then lower heat to 375º F for an additional 30 minutes. The top should be a little brown.
