2 6 ounce salmon fillets
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1/2 cup onion, sliced
2 tablespoon butter
seasoning mix (see recipe in spices)
lemon juice
dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Take 2 pieces of aluminum foil about 10 inches long, place half of the asparagus in the center of each piece. Top with half of the onions, place 1 tablespoon of the butter on top of the onions. Sprinkle with a small amount of the seasoning mix, place a salmon fillet over the top of each veggie pile and then drizzle with a little lemon juice, sprinkle a little more seasoning mix and add dill weed to your taste. Roll each into a nice little package, sealing well and place on baking sheet, baking for about 30 minutes. Unwrap and serve hot.
