3 pkgs. yeast
5 cups warm water divided
1 Tbsp. plus 2/3 cup honey divided
2/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup toasted wheat flour
6-8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup water and 1 Tbsp. honey. Add remaining honey, oil, sugar & salt. Add wheat flour, wheat germ and 3 cups bread flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough bread flour to form a soft dough (will be sticky). Knead until smooth (6-8 minutes). Place in bowl cover and let rise. Punch down and shape into 4 loaves. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Enjoy!
