8 c plums
1/2 c water
4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up plums. Put plums and water on stove, simmer 10 min. Add sugar and boil 6-8 minutes more, until jam is thickened. Pour into sterilize jars and seal.

A jam from Denis's mom that does not use pectin to thicken. Very flavourful.
