1 cup soft butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs, one at a time
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar slowly, beating continuously. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in extracts. Add 1 bottle drained and cut up marashino cherries to 1 cup of the flour, toss to coat. Starting with the whipping cream add 1/3 beat in 1/3 cup flour, continue with flour and whipping cream, ending with cherry mix. Grease 2 loaf pans and line bottom with wax paper or parchment paper. Divide batter and bake for 1 hour & 40 minutes. Place in pan of water in oven, this will stop cakes from drying out.

You can change the extracts if you want a different flavor, all lemon, almond or a mix of more than 1 flavor
