3 Bananas 1 Can Pineapple rings 1 bag mini Marshmallows 1 egg 3 tbsp. or l5 ml. white sugar and 1 round tbsp. flour 1 and 1/2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan beat 1 egg and 3 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp.. rounded flour adding all the strained juice from the can of pineapple rings until smooth. Heat over medium on stove stirring all the time so as to thicken. Cool, until cold. Beat 1 cup whipping cream, until thick and in peaks. Add the custard when cool. Beat until smooth Blend the marshmallows, cut up pineapple (in bite size pieces), and cut up bananas. Blend and refrigerate overnight. Serve a large scoop on a leaf of lettuce if used as a salad with cherry on top.
