7 large cucumbers seeded, not peeled
5 medium onions

Put through coarse chopper or shredder and let stand overnight in salt and water.

Drain and mix with following:
3 c vinegar
3 c white sugar
1 c water
1/2 c flour
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp celery seed
dash cayenne pepper

Mix together and cook for 10 min stirring constantly until flour looks transparent. Bottle and seal.
