1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup (2 Sticks) Melted Butter
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour

Cake:
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoom Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup (1 1/2 Sticks) Unsalted Butter, Soft
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 1/3 Cups Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2 Inch Glass Baking Dish.

Topping:
Combine sugars, cinnamon and salt and mix. Add melted butter and stir to blend. Add flour and toss with fork until moist clumps form. Set aside.

Cake:
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, combine butter and sugar and cream with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and beat until blended after each one. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating, and scraping sides of bowl between each addition. Transfer batter to prepared baking dish and spread evenly in pan. Crumble topping evenly over cake batter. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in baking dish for 30 minutes.
