8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla extract
16 oz. blueberry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, oil and eggs until creamy. Add cake mix and vanilla. If mixture looks too thick, add water one tbsp. at a time. Swirl in pie filling, careful not to overmix. Pour in greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until fork comes out clean.
