1/2 lbs. lasagne noodles
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 medium inion chopped
1 lbs ground beef and sausage
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary or basil
1 tbsp minced parsley
2 6oz cans tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
2 eggs beaten
1/2 pint or 1 lb ricotta cheese
1/2 lb grated mozzarella
1/2 grated parmesan

Cook noodles in salted water about 15 mins, drain spread out on paper towels so they lay flat. Heat and cook garlic and onion until soft. Add mean and seasoning, cook till crumbly. Add tomato paste and hot water, simmer 5 minutes. Set aside. Blend beaten eggs with ricotta in a bowl. In a baking dish 9x12x2 put a thin layer of meat sauces half the noodles, all the ricotta mixture, and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat with half the remaining meat sauce, the rest of the noodles, rest of the cheeses, and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º, let cool 10 minutes.
