Ingredients:  
2 cups of carrot, grated
2 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 eggs
2 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place butter and sugar in a pan, heat until melted. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl. Stir in the eggs and flour into the mixture.
2. Add grated carrot and cinnamon and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a prepared buttered baking dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve.
