2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp flour
1-13oz can evaporated milk
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Place melted butter and flour in sauce pan, stir to create rue. Slowly add in milk, stir well until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add corn. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake 45 minutes.
