2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick melted margarine
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded cheese (plus cheese for topping)
Dash of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a lightly greased 9x13 casserole pan. Top with cheese and bake at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes. This can be make ahead of time, placed in refrigerator, and baked later.
