1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. dark molasses
1 egg

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
mix b. sugar, oil, molasses, and egg.
gradually blend dry ingredients into molasses mixture. form into 1 inch balls. roll in granulated sugar; place 2inches apart on cookie sheet. press with a fork.

Bake at 375f for 7 min
