2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground pork
4 eggs
4 T. ketchup
1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 cup milk
(1 slice bread equals 1/3 cup crumbs)

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup light brown sugar
1 T vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form patties.
Bake 30 minutes at 325. Then put pineapple rings on top. Mix glaze ingredients together and pour over all. Bake at 350 about 45- 60 more minutes.

This has been the basis of the traditional Dunn Christmas Eve meal. A hash brown potato casserole,fresh green beans, and a salad are included.
Usually ice cream with chocolate sauce and Betsy's cookies finish the meal.
