1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Melted butter
4 8oz packages cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbs. Vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 3 ingredients and press into a spring form pan. Bake at 325º for 10 min. Cool. Cream sugar, cheese and flour. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in the sour cream and vanilla. Bake at 400 º for 15 min. Reduce to 250º for 1 hour. Cool. Top with desired topping.
