1/2 lb bulk sausage.( seasoning of your choice)
1 large onion
1/2 medium green onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c spaghetti sauce, divided
2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise
1/4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage till no longer pink. Drain and remove from skillet. In the same skillet saute onion, pepper and garlic with butter and oil till tender. Stir in sausage, parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce. Place the zucchini cut side up in greased casserole dish. Spread with sausage mixture. Cover and bake 350º for 35-40 minutes or till zucchini is tender. Uncover and top with cheese and remaining spaghetti sauce. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes or till cheese is melted.
