1 garlic clove
1 1/2 heads lettuce (I used Iceberg)
4 tomatoes
40 small olives, with pimiento
1/4 cup Romano Cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup olive oil of less, to taste
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar or juice of one lemon

Mix the first 5 ingredients
Sprinkle Romano Cheese
Add oil and vinegar or lemon juice and mix well. Serves 6
