1 10 oz pkg frozen petite peas
1 c diced celery
1 c chopped cauliflower
1 c cashews, coarsely chopped
3/4 c diced green onions
3/4 c Hidden Valleyİ Ranch dressing
1/4 c sour cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 strips bacon cooked crisp and crumbled

Combine dressing, sour cream and mustard till well blended; set aside. Rinse peas in hot water, and drain well on paper towels.

In large bowl, combine the peas, celery, cauliflower, cashews and onions. Toss the dressing together with the salad and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle the bacon over the top before serving.
