2 sticks of butter ~ room temp
1 ½ C. sugar
1 large egg
½ C. sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 C. flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8oz. package cream cheese
2 C. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
*Combine butter and sugar in mixer
*Add egg and beat again until light and fluffy
*Add sour cream and vanilla at low speed
**Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
*Gradually add to mixture in mixer on low speed
***Refrigerate dough for 2 hours before rolling into a ball or shape
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes

Frosting
*Combine in mixer.
