8 sliced of bread
one or two eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak mild with bread only till damped, let set one hour.
Add eggs, salt, baking powder and flour
Set aside, let rise
Add enough flour to make a thick batter.
Bring water to rolling boil, put rolled knadle into water.
Ready when they float to the top.
