2-4 fresh zucchini
flour for coating
egg for coating
breadcrumbs w/ Italian seasoning for coating
Slice zucchini into fry size sticks. Coat each stick in the flour then milk then bread crumbs and bake @ 425 for 25-30 min.

in a food processor put

1 whole avocado
1/2 cup Greek non fat yogurt
1/4 cup milk
blend well
add
1tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. parsley
mix well and refrigerate. gets better the longer it sits.

Dallas loves baked fish sticks and they go well with this dip. I have spread this on a tuna sandwich and its very good as well. I also feel you need to adjust some ingredients (rice vinegar, garlic and parsley) to your liking;)
