1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups oatmeal (quick cook or regular)
1 cup raisins
1 4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine and sugars and instant pudding mix in large bowl. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour and baking soda. Stir in oatmeal and raisins. Batter will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
