2 lb. ground Bob Evans spicy pork sausage or mild sausage
1 onion chopped
1 can green chilies
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon flour
4 beaten eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teas black pepper
3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt (lawyers)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Crust--two pie crusts
1 box Pepper jack cheese-its crackers (crushed) or regular cheese its
1/2 cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & onions--drain
Add the remaining ingredients and pour over crust

Melt butter and add crushed cheese-its.
Makes one deep dish or two small pie plates

Bake 350º 40 minutes
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
