4 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 Stick butter
1 Pint sour cream
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 C Sugar
4-5 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350º

Grease a 10" spring form pan.

Mix everything together, adding eggs one at a time. Pour into prepared pan.
* The recipe states to place in a pan of water. I prefer to cook on center rack and place pan of water on rack below. The steam will prevent the top from cracking and the water will not seep into the bottom of the pan.
