-1 lb ground beef
-4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and diced
-1 medium sized onion, chopped
-1 14.5 - 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
-1/2 - 2/3 c. uncooked rice
salt/pepper to taste

-Crumble ground beef in water in large pan on stove top
-Add tomatoes, diced potatoes, chopped onion, rice and salt and pepper.
-Simmer on stove top until vegetables are cooked and soft.
-Can add more water as needed.
