Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil
1 large white onion, diced
3 lb ground turkey roll
2 cans rotell with diced chilies
4 cans diced chilies
4 cans white beans (navy)
2 tbs cumin
1 tbs chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 1 tbs olive oil until soft, add ground turkey roll and cook, breaking up into small bite size chunks as it is cooking. When fully cooked.......
open up all of your cans... Do Not drain any of the cans. Dump each can in and be sure to scrape all the juice out of the cans. Stir to combine all ingredients. Turn heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes. It is ready to eat!

The more it is re-heated the thicker it will become.

You can add more or less of the cumin and chili powder, depending on your preference. If; you want it hotter, we have used diced jalapenos instead of the diced chilies... equally as good, just hotter.
