3 lb. jumbo shrimp, cleaned and deveined and butterflied, leaving tail shell intact
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic, put through garlic press
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup dry white wine
Prepared bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate cleaned shrimp in lemon juice, wine, garlic and oil for 2 hours or more. Lift shrimp out, reserving marinade. Place shrimp in greased aluminum pan, sprinkle with prepared bread crumbs, pour ½ marinade in pan, not over the shrimp. Broil until bread crumbs are lightly toasted, turn, sprinkle with bread crumbs again, pour in rest of marinade and broil until bread crumbs are toasted and shrimp are cooked.

Serve immediately with Italian bread for dipping in good pan juices.
