Olive oil

Oregano
4 chicken breasts
White wine
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and a little oil thoroughly.

Cut chicken cutlets into small pieces and fry in a small amount of oil until lightly brown, but cooked through. Drain off oil and add a little white wine and lemon juice. Sauté.

Place chicken in a shallow baking pan or dish and sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture. Add a little more white wine and lemon juice and put into broiler. Remove when the bread crumbs turn brown.
