1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 stick of butter
1 16-ounce pkg spaghetti
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Boil pasta until al dente (firm). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.
2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese until well blended.
3. Brown the hamburger and drain well. Combine the hamburger with spaghetti sauce.

Assembly:
1. Slice half of the butter into pats and spread in a 9X13" pan, then pour half of the spaghetti noodles on top.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over noodles.
3. Pour the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture and slice the rest of the butter across the top.
4. Pour the spaghetti and meat sauce on top of the noodles.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Add grated cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
