2 bell peppers, diced
2 medium onions, diced
5 ribs of celery, diced
2 tsp minced garlic
6 T butter
1 tsp salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp caynne pepper
1 1/4 cups ketchup
1/2 cup milk
2# ground beef
1-2 cups bread crumbs
1# ground pork
3 eggs
2T honey

preheat 400º

over medium heat melt butter in skillet, add vegetables, in few minutes add Worchestershire sauce, and spices; next add 1/2 cup ketchup, continue cooking and stirring for couple of minutes, remove from heat, cool then add milk, stir until combined, add one cup of bread crumbs, continue adding bread crumbs till mixture is a thick paste

place meat in large bowl, whisk the eggs and add to meat; began mixing in the vegetable mixture, until well blended

spray a sheet pan with cooking spray, form loaf 6-8 inches wide about 1.5 inches thick

in small bowl mix the rest of the ketchup and the honey; glaze meatloaf

bake 40 minutes
