1 (11 oz.) can Pickled seeded Jalapeno Peppers, sliced lengthwise
10 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Line glass pie plate with peppers. Add cheese and slowly pour egg over all. Bake 275º for 45 minutes or until set.
