1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small pkg JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp almond extract
7 drops green food coloring

1. Combine sugar, nuts and cinnamon; set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes.
3. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan.
4. Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Repeat layers and top with remaining batter.
5. Bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean. Do not under bake. Cool in pan about 15 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on rack.

*In high altitude areas, add 2/3 cups flour and 2/3 cups water, reduce oil to 2 tablespoons, and bake at 375ºF for 50-55 minutes.
