4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/2 stick butter
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pint sour cream
1 T parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 pkg Vermicelli noodles
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles and drain, 20 minutes.
2. In a large pot, add chicken chunks, broth and soup and cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. In baking dish, add noodles and chicken mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 300ºF.
