¾ cup apple juice
2 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lean boneless pork loin 2 ½ to 3 lbs.
3 tbs. cold water
1 ½ tbs. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients in slow cooker. Add roast, turning to coat. Turn fat side up.
Cook on high 3 ½ -4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
Remove roast to platter. Pour liquid in saucepan; bring to a boil; add water and cornstarch. Boil 1-2 minutes until gravy thickens.
