2 medium onions
3/4 cup coca-cola
3/4 cup ketchup
2 Tabs vinegar
2 Tabs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop onions.
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over med-high heat.
Bring to a boil. Cover
Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 45 minutes until sauce is thick.
Stir sauce occasionally

I would always coarsely pulse/chop onions in the blender until I discovered the miracle of buying chopped onions and keeping them in the freezer!!
