10 eggs
1/2 C Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 C melted Butter
1 # shredded Cheddar Cheese or mixed Mexican Cheese
2 C Cottage Cheese
Cut up Vegetables.(.Onions,Zucchini,Broccoli,Peppers)
Any combination works well
Note: If Tomatoes are one of veg., they need 10/15 min. additional cooking time

Grease a 11 x 14 pan (glass) OVEN 350º 45 min.

Beat eggs until frothy.

Mix in flour & baking powder
mix remaining ingredients into above.
