4 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup raw rice
2 envelopes Linpton's chicken noodle soup.

2 lbs mild sausage, browned (remove from grease)

Directions:
Directions:

Add rice and chicken soup to boiling waer - cook 20 minutes
Add to sausage drippings:
1/2 cup celery - 1/2 green pepper - 1/2 to 1 large onion diced. Saute until tender. Mix with other ingredients and stir in 1/2 cup slivered almonds (or sliced water chestnuts - mushrooms) Bake at 325 for 25 minutes

May be topped with parmesean cheese before baking - also a few tbsp. Sherry helps.
