8 oz. softened cream cheese
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 20 oz. cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 1/2 cups multicolored miniature marshmallows
8 oz carton Cool Whip
1/3 cup maraschino cherries, chopped & drained
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Add pineapple and 1cup of the marshmallows, fold in Cool Whip. Transfer to serving bowl. Top with cherries and remaining marshmallows. I like to add bananas right before serving.
To help bananas from turning brown, rinse in Sprite or lemon water, prior to using in recipes.
