MEAT BALLS
1 lb ground beef 1 med onion, diced Salt & Pepper 1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and shape into meatballs. Brown in hot oil and remove from pan and drain
Mix together:
4 oz mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup ¼ cup water
Place meatballs in pan and pour over the top Reheat
Add ¼ cup sour cream Simmer
Serve over noodles
