2 c crushed cornflakes
4 T butter, melted
2 t unflavored gelatin
1/4 c cold water
12 ounces cream cheese
2 T sugar
2/3 c sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
2 c Cool-Whip (I used 3 cups)
2 oz dark chocolate candy bar, melted
fresh raspberries

1. Combine cornflake crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom of a 9-in square pan coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Slowly beat in the milk, Kahlua and gelatin mixture until blended. Gently fold in whipped topping; pour over crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
4. Drizzle with melted chocolate; garnish with raspberries.

I made these for Euchre January 2016. I froze the pan of dessert overnight. The next day, just before serving, I cut them into squares, topped each with a button of chocolate and a raspberry. I kept them in the refrigerator until time to serve. They were a hit with the Euchre ladies!
