20 lbs Cabbage
7/8 Pickling Salt
1 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage, put into food safe garbage can and punch down till water comes up(we use a large stick to punch the cabbage). Repeat until you have as much as you want. Put a large plate with a rock(or something heavy)on to the cabbage mixture until water comes over it. Cover with a towel. Leave alone for 2 weeks
If it molds, wash off mold and leave alone(It will be fine).
Put into jars and process for 20 min in canner.
