1 can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz undiluted
1 container of sour cream (16 oz)
3 TBL dried minced onion or dice one small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-32 oz pkg of frozen southern style hash browns (diced or shredded), THAWED

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or 4 blend Mexican cheese
2 cups crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon potato mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with crushed cornflakes, and drizzle evenly with butter on top
Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until bubbly.
