Casserole:
8 to 10 sweet potatoes , peeled and cubed 1 ½ cups sugar
½ tsp. butter flavoring ½ tsp. salt
½ cup margarine Nutmeg to taste
2 eggs 1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup milk

Topping:
1/3 cup self-rising flour ½ stick butter
1 cup light brown sugar 1 cup pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash sweet potatoes until they are smooth. Add remaining Casserole ingredients and whip until fluffy. Pour into a casserole dish.

Mix the topping ingredients and place on top of the sweet potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
