1 lb. unsalted butter
1 Tbsp. seasoning blend (to taste) Joe’s Stuff is best!
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
1 Tbsp. black pepper
4 oz. beer
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
3-4 lbs. shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Melt half butter in skillet and sauté garlic, shrimp, and seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add beer, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Cook for 3-6 minutes until shrimp are cooked and liquid thickens. Add remaining butter and shake pan until butter is melted and mixture creams out. Serve with plenty of French bread to sop up da sauce! Serves 8
