6 cups Italian bread crumbs 8-10 artichokes
1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups Romano cheese
½ cup chopped garlic
¾ cup olive oil
¾ cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients.

Mix half the oil with the garlic and puree in the food processor. Add remaining oil. Add oil mixture to bread crumb/cheese mixture and mix together.

The mixture is ready to stuff into the artichokes. This stuffs many artichokes.

Trim the points from the artichoke leaves. Steam the artichoke until tender. Let cool. Stuff the bread crumb mixture into the leaves.

Place the stuffed artichokes in a baking pan with a small amount of water in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 – 20 minutes.
